As the third and final part of the Jazz Dance Series (excluding the "Cooldown"), "Mountains" strikes a balance between the slower pace of "Faithful & Mighty" and the faster tempo of "Let There Be Funk". Positioned at the end of the series, it serves as an ideal way to gradually reduce your heart rate while keeping your body active. Additionally, it can be utilized as a standalone light cardio workout. The program features two comprehensive videos: one where I break down each step of the routine in detail, and another that allows you to dance along at full tempo.
