*In the Valley* started out as a flurry of colors in my mind that evolved into the beauty one sees in a valley full of flowers, plants, and trees. When I started, I knew that I wanted to paint something representative of the beauty of nature, but it wasn't until I began to paint that the scenery came into view. Painted in December 2018.
